📌 Scope of Work

All work is performed based on the initial project brief. Changes to the scope (e.g., additional pages, custom features, or design overhauls) that fall outside the original agreement will be billed at our standard hourly development rate.

⚡ Client Obligations

To meet your delivery timeline, we require:

• Content Delivery: Timely provision of text, logos, and images.
• Feedback: Approval/feedback on milestones within 48 hours to avoid queue delays.
• Legal Content: Clients are responsible for the legality of the content hosted on their sites.

⚖️ Intellectual Property & Liability

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website design and content. However, BusinessPages.lk retains ownership of pre-existing development tools, custom scripts, and proprietary code frameworks used in the build. We are not liable for any business losses, data breaches, or downtime resulting from third-party hosting or server failures.
