Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the E-Commerce Starter package you agree to the following terms.

Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment of LKR 39,900 is required before work commences.
  • Prices are fixed and inclusive of the listed features only.
  • Domain registration (if needed) is included for 1 year.
  • Annual hosting renewal is approximately LKR 3,500–5,000 and is billed separately.

Delivery & Timeline

  • The 24-hour delivery guarantee begins when we receive all required content (logo, product photos, descriptions).
  • Delays caused by late or incomplete content submission are not our responsibility.
  • One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are charged at LKR 1,500/hour.

Content & Ownership

  • You confirm you own or have rights to all content (logos, images, text) provided.
  • BusinessPages.LK is not liable for copyright infringement caused by client-supplied content.
  • Upon full payment, you own the completed website files entirely.

Support & Hosting

  • 30 days of post-launch support is included for bug fixes and minor issues.
  • Support does not cover new feature additions or design changes after sign-off.
  • Hosting uptime is subject to the shared hosting provider's SLA (typically 99.5%).

Limitations & Exclusions

  • This package does not include advanced e-commerce features like subscriptions or memberships.
  • Custom web applications or complex integrations are not included.
  • No advanced SEO optimisation or analytics setup beyond basics.
  • BusinessPages.LK is not responsible for loss of business or revenue during any downtime.
  • We reserve the right to refuse projects that contain illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
