Yes — you'll need to provide your logo, any photos, your business name, contact details, and a short description of your services. Don't worry if it's rough; we'll clean it up and make it look great.
Hosting and SSL are included for 1 year. A domain name is NOT included in the Mini Landing package — you can use an existing domain you own, or we'll help you purchase one separately (typically LKR 1,500–3,000/year for a .lk or .com).
If you need more sections, more pages, or additional features like a contact form or Google Maps embed, we recommend upgrading to the Parallax Lightning package (LKR 13,900) which includes 6–8 sections and a free domain.
The Mini Landing is built in HTML/CSS — it's not a self-edit CMS. For content updates after launch, you can contact us (small edits are usually free within 7 days). For a site you can edit yourself, consider the CMS Easy Edit package.
We accept bank transfer (HNB / Commercial Bank), LankaQR, and PayHere (card payments). Full payment is required upfront for this package before work begins.
We'll contact you before expiry. Renewal is approximately LKR 9,900/year for the complete package including Domain,Hosting,Maintenance. It depends on USD and third party service provider for infrastructure
Absolutely. Many clients start with Mini Landing and upgrade to Parallax Lightning or Static Pro as their business grows. We'll credit a portion of what you've paid toward the upgrade.
Since work begins immediately, we don't offer full refunds once production has started. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours of receiving all content, you're entitled to a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Mini Landing package you agree to the following terms.

Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment of LKR 9,900 is required before work commences.
  • Prices are fixed and inclusive of the listed features only.
  • Domain registration (if needed) is charged separately.
  • Annual hosting renewal is approximately LKR 3,500–5,000 and is billed separately.
  • Prices are subject to change for new orders; existing orders are honoured at the agreed price.

Delivery & Timeline

  • The 24-hour delivery guarantee begins when we receive all required content (logo, text, images).
  • Delays caused by late or incomplete content submission are not our responsibility.
  • One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are charged at LKR 1,500/hour.
  • Final delivery is subject to your approval via the staging link.

Content & Ownership

  • You confirm you own or have rights to all content (logos, images, text) provided.
  • BusinessPages.LK is not liable for copyright infringement caused by client-supplied content.
  • Upon full payment, you own the completed website files entirely.
  • We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Support & Hosting

  • 7 days of post-launch support is included for bug fixes and minor issues.
  • Support does not cover new feature additions or design changes after sign-off.
  • Hosting uptime is subject to the shared hosting provider's SLA (typically 99.5%).
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by the hosting provider.

Limitations & Exclusions

  • This package does not include SEO optimisation beyond basic meta tags.
  • Google Analytics or tracking setup is not included.
  • Contact forms that send email are not included (upgrade required).
  • No CMS or self-editing capability is included in this package.
  • BusinessPages.LK is not responsible for loss of business or revenue during any downtime.
  • We reserve the right to refuse projects that contain illegal, defamatory or inappropriate content.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, through Sri Lankan courts.
